Sales Executive

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct inside sales activities including telemarketing, cold calling, and follow-up communications.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or technical sales roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and accounts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
