**RÉSUMÉ DE L’EMPLOI**

Évalue les opportunités d’affaires provenant de l’organisation des ventes et détermine les options de tarification optimales ou les options alternatives de date / propriété pour chacune. Le poste facilite le processus d’évaluation pour s’assurer qu’une réponse rapide et précise est apportée à tous les prospects. Le poste s’assure que les revenus et les bénéfices sont maximisés en calculant efficacement le déplacement d’autres activités et le ou les prix qui rendront l’entreprise rentable. Sert de défenseur des « ventes » et des « clients » pour le (s) hôtel (s) au nom de La gestion des revenus.

**PROFIL DU CANDIDAT**

**Études et expérience**
- Diplôme de 2 ans d’une université accréditée en administration des affaires, finances et comptabilité, économie, gestion hôtelière et de restauration, ou majeure connexe ; 2 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des revenus, les ventes et le marketing, ou dans le domaine professionnel connexe.

OU
- Baccalauréat de 4 ans d’une université accréditée en administration des affaires, finances et comptabilité, économie, gestion de l’hôtellerie et de la restauration, ou majeure connexe ; aucune expérience de travail n’est requise.

**ACTIVITÉS DE BASE DU TRAVAIL**

**Exécution des projets et de la stratégie de gestion des revenus**
- Fournit une expertise fonctionnelle en évaluation d’entreprise aux leaders des ventes sur le marché.
- Répond aux prospects des ventes.
- Fournit une communication ciblée et opportune des résultats, des réalisations et des défis aux parties prenantes.
- Fournit des recommandations pour améliorer l’efficacité des processus de gestion des recettes.
- Communique les initiatives de marque, la demande et l’analyse du marché aux hôtels / clusters / partenaires / propriétaires de franchise.
- Comprend et communique la valeur du nom de marque en ce qui concerne les partenariats de franchise et les opportunités de gestion des revenus.
- Promotion et protection de la valeur de la marque.
- Participer à des revues régionaux trimestriels.
- Comprend et représente avec précision les besoins de vente de propriétés individuelles.
- Développe et gère la stratégie de groupe et de restauration à court et à long terme pour le bien.
- Prend une stratégie prédéterminée et conduit l’exécution de cette stratégie.
- Démontre une connaissance des questions, des produits, des systèmes et des processus pertinents pour l’emploi.
- Observe, reçoit et obtient autrement des informations de toutes les sources pertinentes.
- Travaille avec d’autres personnes pour recueillir les informations nécessaires à la gestion des projets, à l’atteinte des objectifs et à la résolution des problèmes.

**Analyser et déclarer les données de gestion des revenus**
- Effectue une analyse de déplacement.
- Détermine les options de tarification pour les prospects - groupe, transitoire et restauration.
- Effectue des évaluations des dates de besoin et communique des informations à la stratégie de marché et à l’analyse des revenus.
- Effectue une vérification du journal.
- Crée des prévisions de groupe et de restauration pour la propriété.
- Entre, transcrit, enregistre, stocke ou conserve des informations sous forme écrite ou électronique
- Identifie les principes, les raisons ou les faits d’information sous-jacents en décomposant les informations ou les données en parties distinctes.
- Génère et fournit des résultats précis et opportuns sous la forme de rapports, de présentations, etc.
- Analyse l’information, identifie les problèmes actuels et potentiels et propose des solutions.
- Soumet les rapports en temps opportun, en veillant à ce que les délais de livraison soient respectés.

**Établir des relations fructueuses**
- Développe des relations de travail constructives et coopératives avec d’autres, et les maintient au fil du temps.
- Élabore et gère les relations internes avec les principaux intervenants.
- Informe et/ou met à jour les cadres, les pairs et les subordonnés sur les informations pertinentes en temps opportun.
