**Salary**: $2,073.50 to $2,549.41 bi-weekly ($54,118 - $66,539/year)

**Role Responsibilities**:

Join us as our Administrative Team Lead for an opportunity to challenge yourself and advance your administrative career with the Government of Alberta- Major responsibilities include manpower administration, general administration, and supervision of staff. With a focus on integrated and consistent delivery, these duties are expected for all program streams within the Region.
- **As an Administrative Team Lead, your duties would also include but are not limited to**:

- Providing expertise, support and assistance in the preparation of monthly manpower reports and expense forecasts.
- Running reports as required to support program needs.
- Ensuring work is completed in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines and in accordance with program delivery goals.
- Managing and training staff on administrative, financial and human resource related processes.
- Supervising staff to ensure operational goals are met.
- Ensuring staff serve clients, the general public and stakeholders in a courteous, professional & timely manner.**APS Competencies**:

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma plus four (four) years related experience working with finance, human resources, records management or client services as a supervisor or relevant role. A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
- **Equivalency**: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:
- 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or
- 1 year of experience for 1 year education.

**Required**:

- Strong supervisory skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and resolve conflicts.
- Adept at managing and supervising a diverse team of employees to achieve departmental objectives.
- Exceptional supervision skills with a focus on empowering team members to excel in their roles.

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of policy, procedures, agreements, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and interpretation skills.
