Working as a Service Product Manager team leader, you will be a key member of the Motion service team, defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training, sales initiatives and leading the priorities of the Motion service product management team. You will work directing under the leadership of the Motion service division manager. In this role, you will oversee all steps in the life cycle of products, systems or services, including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability of Motion drives service and Motion digital portfolio in Canada.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving the profitability and life cycle of Drives and digital service by defining pricing guidelines and market position.
- Managing the priorities and growth initiatives in the Motion service product management team and providing update to the senior leadership.
- Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends of drives services.
- Working closely with factories to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new services.
- Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team.
- Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Coaching and mentoring new team member.

**Your background**:

- 10 years of experience in product management or engineering, with drives and motors and proven track record in leading a team of 4 person minimum.
- Strong Electrical / Technical Background from the drives or motors market industry.
- Strong Product and market knowledge of service drives, motors, and controls.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset with presenter skill.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Act with integrity.
- Strong emotional intelligence skill.
