Sensible Wealth Advisory Group / iA Private Wealth is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our wealth management practice. Our practice is led by three Investment Advisors, who along with existing team members provide full service investment and advisory services to individuals, families and business owners. In the Administrative Assistant role, you will provide a variety of support activities to our Investment Advisors in a fast paced and professional environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Support our Investment Advisors across many different aspects of their practice and client service
- Accurately prepare account documents and paperwork
- Commitment to being a team player, and working to always improve client experience
- Be a self-starter with strong commitment to effective time and task management
- Maintain confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly
- Manage other administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, reviewing mail etc.

**Required Education, Skills, and Qualification**
- Diploma in office administration / secretarial focus (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated and proficient organizational skills and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
- Work in a fast-paced environment
