**MARKETING COODINATOR**

**TITLE**:Marketing Coordinator

**LOCATION**: Combination of Remote and Office

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **PowerPoint Presentation Design**:Craft visually stunning and effective PowerPoint presentations, RFQs, proposals, and case studies. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure presentations are aligned with strategic objectives and enhance business development efforts.
- **Marketing Collateral Creation**: Design and refine marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and tradeshow displays. Ensure all materials reflect TRIGO's brand identity and messaging.
- **Social Media Graphics**: Create eye-catching graphics and text for social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Manage visual content to bolster brand presence and engagement.
- **Web Content Development**: Design and deploy website landing pages. Implement SEO best practices, monitor performance, and generate reports to optimize web content.
- **Employee Newsletter**: Design, write, and distribute the Americas company newsletter. Oversee content creation including interviews, articles, photos, and graphics.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain adherence to corporate brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
- **Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.**

**Required Job Skills, Competencies & Experience**
- **Advanced PowerPoint Skills**:Proven expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Ability to convey complex information through engaging and visually appealing slides.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- **Graphic Design Proficiency**: Strong background in graphic design with experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to create marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
- **Marketing Experience**:At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and tools.

**Required Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience and technical certification.

**Software Usage Requirements**
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Camtasia, Pitchy or other video editing software
- Video Conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Web Analytics such as Google Analytics, Semrush
- Microsoft Office

**Additional Skills Considered Beneficial**
- **Video Production**:Experience with video filming, development, and editing.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with automotive manufacturing services or similar industries.
- **AI Tools**:Experience working with ChatGPT or other AI tools.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken)

**Travel**: Minimal travel may be required.
