We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at The Lenbrook Group of Companies.

Lenbrook Americas is a leading distributor of specialty consumer brands in the high-end audio industry. We have been a leader in this field for nearly 50 years, providing premium solutions for serious audio and video enthusiasts.

Job Overview:

This role will provide administrative support to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely and effective communication with dealers and stakeholders. As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating events, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Intake Requests: Act as an intake point for dealer and sales team requests, facilitating timely and constructive responses.
  • Dealer Communications: Create and maintain accurate dealer communications, including price lists and promotional materials.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, tracking expenses and assisting in planning activities within set financial guidelines.
  • Event Coordination: Work with teams to coordinate in-field events, including gathering materials, arranging shipping, and setting up displays.
  • Project Management: Break down projects into manageable tasks, set deadlines, and collaborate with teams to complete tasks on time.
  • Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication with stakeholders, including regular updates and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project or marketing administration, preferably in a distribution business.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in project management, business, or marketing.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,000 to $48,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health, prescription, vision, and dental coverage, vacation time, and more.
