**Salary**: $56.41/hr

**Duties**:

- **Program/Project Oversight**:_
- Manage end-to-end cloud program/projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for multiple cloud initiatives.
- Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of these establishments.
- Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams.
- **Technical Oversight**:_
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of cloud solutions.
- **Strategic Planning**:_
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud program strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Define and communicate the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the cloud program.
- **Stakeholder Management**:_
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with cloud initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams and external partners.
- **Budget Management**:_
- Develop and manage the budget for cloud programs, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Implement cost optimization strategies to maximize the value of cloud investments.
- **Collaboration and Team Leadership**:_
- Foster a collaborative culture within the team and promote effective teamwork.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in cloud initiatives.
- **Change Management**:_
- Facilitate change management processes related to the adoption of cloud technologies.
- Ensure effective communication and training programs to support teams in transitioning to cloud-based systems.
- **Performance Monitoring**:_
- Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of cloud services.
- Analyze key performance indicators and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Documentation**:_
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud programs, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
- **Continuous Improvement**:_
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the cloud program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in cloud solutions.
- **Security and Compliance**:_
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures for cloud solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies related to cloud services.
- **Vendor Management**:_
- Evaluate and select cloud service providers based on project requirements and organizational standards.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with cloud vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Masters degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior position.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and international management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience identifying and converting customer needs into saleable solutions.
- Must hold a trained Key Account Manager or similar certification.
- Demonstrable experience with Key Account Management and Retention.
- Proven experience driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and delivering innovative solutions.
- Proven expertise in cultivating and overseeing strategic relationships with key cloud providers.
- Ability to identify partnership prospects, negotiate complex agreements, and implement impactful solutions.
- Advanced understanding of cloud technologies and providers.
- Understanding of technology innovation and digital solution development.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and other employees.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, along with supervisory and leadership skills.

**Salary**: $56.41 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
