Volkswagen Midtown Toronto is currently looking for an **Assistant Business Manager **to join their team in Toronto.

The **Assistant Business Manager** is responsible for increasing customer loyalty and to retain the Volkswagen Midtown Toronto business. The **Assistant Business Manager** will also introduce our customers to additional products and services for their vehicle.

**Job Duties**:

- Selling insurances, extended warranties, and aftermarket products to all sales and service customers.
- Make 30-50 outbound calls each day to follow up and ensure customers satisfaction with their visit.
- Handle database leads.
- Following up on customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Understanding and following legislation and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Help introduce service customers to sales department, generate potential new/used car sales.
- Other duties as required.

**What We Look For**:

- **Experience in a dealership service department would be preferred.**:

- OMVIC Certified.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is required.
- Previous call center experience is an asset.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems.
- Team-oriented individual.
- Strong time management skills.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
- Works well in a team environment.
