4. Purchase and maintain inventory and records of food.
5. Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and cutlery
6. Must be able to work independently without supervision and is able to lead and co-ordinate team of kitchen workers/volunteers
7. Experience in cooking vegetarian meals with at least 3 years working in a vegetarian restaurant.
8. Knowledge of operating commercial cooking equipment.
9. Observe British Columbia Health & Food Safety Standards.
10. Able to handle cooking with 16” diameter Chinese Wok.
11. Maintain raw food in appropriate temperature for freshness.
12. Basic English is necessary.
13. No drugs, alcohol, or smoking on site.
14. Vegetarian while working or residing on site
15. No foul language
16. No loud music at any time while working on the premises.
17. Wear modest clothing (no bare chests, no shorts above the knee, and no tank tops).

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour
