We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at RedChillies Sports Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our culinary staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Work with our finance team to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives that do not compromise on quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standard and that customers receive a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a culinary arts diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
