Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
