We are currently searching for a **full-time in-office Executive Assistant** to join our team at the **Kitchener Office**.

- What you will do:_
- Invoicing including budgets;
- Accounts receivable follow up;
- Scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, arranging catering for meeting lunches;
- Managing digital and hard copy project files;
- Organizing and managing Partner’s calendars;
- Other general administrative duties, as required.
- What you offer:_
- Minimum 3 years of professional and progressive experience in administrative related roles;
- Post-secondary education (diploma or certificate) is an asset;
- A personable, positive and professional attitude;
- Strong detail-oriented organizational skills;
- Advanced digital file management skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat;
- Time management skills and multitasking priorities in a supporting role to senior executives;
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping;
- Experience with ABAK time and billing is an asset;
- Exceptional client relationship management skills;
- Ability to demonstrate complete confidentiality with respect to client projects and company business;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of land use planning in Ontario is an asset.
