**THE POSITION**

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and executing planned ticketing sales marketing campaigns, focusing on digital advertising platforms, and coordinating the production and trafficking of advertising assets.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- _Performance Marketing: _Collaborate with Brand Marketing Specialists and Brand Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute performance marketing campaigns for multiple team within CSEC.
- _Digital Advertising:_ Assist in deploying creative assets, setting up campaigns, and contributing ad copy on various digital advertising platforms both external and internal.
- _Advertising Asset Management:_ Assists in trafficking advertising assets and assist in developing various creative assets, including print, digital, OOH, radio, and television. Archival of all campaign assets is also critical.
- _Generate and Maintain QR Codes:_ Create and manage QR codes for various marketing initiatives to ensure seamless access and tracking for campaigns.
- _Reporting: _Some limited assistance with data entry and tracking on department reports.

In addition, some limited support for the following:

- _Event Marketing: _Some limited participation, planning and execution of a few select game day and special event brand marketing activations.
- _Promotional Marketing:_ Assist in some limited contesting set up and prizing fulfillment.
- _Additional Duties:_ Perform other related duties as assigned.

**THE INDIVIDUAL**
- _Experience: _Minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
- _Digital Advertising Platforms:_ Strong working knowledge of multiple digital advertising platforms, with experience of at least one of Meta advertising and/or Google advertising platform.
- _Copywriting/Communications_**_:_** Background in copywriting or communications is an asset.
- _Technical Skills: _Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset.
- _Multitasking: _Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring optimal development and timely completion of all required tasks.
