Job Summary:
As the Project Coordinator and Analyst for our Regulatory and Compliance team, you will provide coordination and project management support. On the Project Coordination side, the focus will be on providing administrative, general coordination and analytical support to the team and the Manager of Product Compliance and Design (PCD).

The Project Coordinator and Analyst will need to work closely with the key stakeholders on projects from initiation through to the publication of our secure site with the aim of continuous improvement and creation of a member-centric environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Project Coordination_
- Gathering and analyzing project requirements and participating in the design, development, implementation and/or enhancement of Operations Manual project initiatives, including contributing to research, analysis, and content drafting.
- Project management support
- multi-tasking and assisting with various priorities within tight timelines and high expectations as per identified needs and collaborative project plans.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve and streamline Operations Manual Program content, with the objectives of continuous improvement and best meeting the needs of subscribers.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to maintain project scope, timelines, and budget throughout the lifecycle of the project and advise stakeholders of any anticipated changes/delays to the project.
- Act as the primary liaison for identifying project plans, resolving issues, and implementing tasks to streamline project management processes.
- Completing and processing administrative forms and providing administrative services for the Product Compliance and Design department and managing credit union access.
- Ensure project transition and handover activities upon project completion are implemented with PCD staff members as per standard team practices.
- Administration_
- Maintains calendars, coordinates schedules, books appointments and makes travel arrangements.
- Be the external and internal point of contact, answering the main department phone line and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinates the completion of the Product Compliance and Design Operations Manual Program Agreement between Central 1 and the credit unions.
- Coordinates department webinars, produces communications promoting webinars and department-related events.
- Analytical Support_
- Assists in preparing various documents including correspondence, reports, policies, forms, and other such documents; prepares forms, DocuSign agreements, presentations and other documents as required.
- Collects data from various sources and produces annual program renewal document for credit union participants and manages monthly invoicing (debit letters and debit memos).
- Manages Operations Manual Program access requests on the secure site, troubleshooting and follow up with the credit union.
- Provides support to the Manager in monitoring the department budget, including support and reporting; reviewing and reconciling data in Longview; assists with adhering to deadlines during financial planning stages.
- Completing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures for the department; preliminary reviewing of monthly department financial statements; investigating inconsistencies with internal and external clients and Finance.

What you'll have:

- University degree in business administration or arts or sciences, specializing in graphic and document design, online publishing, web technologies, or database management, or equivalent experience.
- 3 + years of related experience in relevant project management and business environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of the principles, practices and processes involved in project management, with a collaborative focus.
