**Your mission**: As a dynamic HR technician, you will be the cornerstone of administrative support. You will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for our employees, answering their questions and ensuring their experience at OPTEL is exceptional.

**Your Baggage**:

- ** Training**: A college diploma in administrative techniques, office automation, administration or human resources or relevant experience.
- ** Toolbox**: From the Office Suite to Google tools, you have solid knowledge of Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, as well as Gmail, at an intermediate to advanced level
- ** Interpersonal skills**: An innate talent for customer service, a warm and professional approach.
- ** Intrinsic Abilities**: Rigor, autonomy, discretion and excellent organizational skills are your undisputed allies.
- ** Other tools**: Experience with an HRIS; a bonus point if it’s ADP.
