**Profil de l’entreprise**
Nous cherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) en ressources humaines pour un remplacement de congé de maternité, avec la possibilité de prolonger l'emploi par la suite. Tu seras la personne clé pour les opérations RH de l’entreprise, bénéficiant d'une autonomie complète et des responsabilités dès le départ. Ce rôle te permettra de prendre les rênes et de gérer tous les aspects des ressources humaines de manière indépendante.
Ce poste temporaire te permet de plonger dans un environnement stimulant, où tu pourras non seulement contribuer à une équipe dynamique, mais aussi développer rapidement tes compétences professionnelles.
**Ce que tu feras**
- **Gestion des dossiers employés **:Mettre à jour les dossiers des employés et les demandes administratives RH;
- **Soutien à la culture d'entreprise et à la marque employeur **:Promouvoir la culture d'entreprise et soutenir les initiatives internes liées à la marque employeur;
- **Amélioration des processus et des politiques **:Optimiser les processus RH et s'assurer du respect des politiques de l'entreprise;
**Ce qu’on recherche**
- Diplôme en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe;
- Expérience antérieure en ressources humaines, idéalement dans un rôle autonome ou de soutien administratif;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome;
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, discrétion et sens de la confidentialité;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ;
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion RH;
- Un intérêt pour le secteur technologique.

**Company profile**
We are looking for a Human Resources Advisor to fill in for maternity leave, with the possibility of extending the position afterward. You will be the key person for the company’s HR operations, enjoying complete autonomy and responsibilities from the start. This role will allow you to take the reins and manage all aspects of human resources independently.

**What You'll do**
- Employee Record Management: Update employee files and manage HR administrative requests;
- Support for Company Culture and Employer Branding: Promote the company culture and support internal initiatives related to employer branding;
- Process and Policy Improvement: Optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies;
**What We're Looking For**
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- Previous experience in human resources, ideally in an autonomous or administrative support role;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a strong sense of confidentiality;
- Proficiency in French and English;
- Familiarity with HR management tools and systems;
- An interest in the tech sector.
