**Here is what to expect in your daily life if you join us**:

- Take charge of the full staffing cycle;
- Post positions on the various recruitment platforms;
- Prepare employment contracts and various hiring documents;
- Participate in the reception and integration of new employees, and ensure that the documents and hiring forms are completed;
- Collaborate in the development of the HR marketing strategy in connection with the employer brand;
- Carry out the administrative follow-up of employee training files;
- Take charge of the management of group insurance and other social benefits;
- Collect, compile and synthesize data from different systems and update HR tables and data;
- Administer and update employee files;
- Provide support to the team in place regarding occupational health and safety;
- Participate in the development of the HR department (projects, tools and procedures);
- All other related duties.

**You are the person we are looking for if**:

- You have a BAC in industrials relations or in humans ressources;
- You have experience in a similar position (an asset);
- You master the computer tools of the MS Office suite
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities while maintaining a high level of efficiency;
- You have a great sense of professionalism and you are known to be independent and discreet.
