Glory Media is on the lookout for a _Digital Content Manager_ with a track record of being highly self-motivated and with a passion for storytelling. This role centers on crafting captivating digital content for our business lifestyle brand, _Glory Professional_ and its sister titles, _Glory Sports_ and _Glory Upgrade_. At the heart of our digital presence is social media, a website, and an engaged newsletter list. We also have a print and audio offering. The _Digital Content Manager_ will be a leader within the organization for telling stories that engage and build our audience on digital platforms. **What you would do**:

- Commission, write and edit written content.
- Produce digital video.
- Establish the distribution and release plan for digital.
- Utilize SEO best practices to package all digital content for optimal performance.
- Communicate performance and analytic data to the internal team.
- Help in the execution of events.
- Create and execute a growth-oriented digital roadmap.

**What you bring to the role**:

- 2+ years of experience in the media space.
- Video production experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience writing articles.
- A passion for storytelling and an editorial vision that aligns with our values of mission and purpose.
- Ability to conduct interviews.
- Knowledge of Wordpress, Later, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
- Flexibility to work evenings as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
