You will be responsible for aligning the HR people strategy to the business strategy and working inclusively with key stakeholders and building collaborative partnerships. The individual in this role will support all ACV’s growth and additional hiring requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent knowledge of best Human Resources practices in the areas of recruitment, performance management and compensation
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within ACV’s Quality standards to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
- Support the development of Human Resources policies and programs
- Analyze, identify and produce the required HR metrics and performance indicators to support business decisions and ensure the effectiveness of the HR department
- Keep abreast of new trends in Human Resource Management
- Continuously look for creative ways to improve and expand the employee experience
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- University degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, at all levels, across the organization
- Experience in hiring across various domains (roles, seniority, geographies)
- Fully bilingual, both oral and written in English and French
- Strong information technology skills (Office suite, HRIS, interfaces, process automation)
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce (asset)
- Strong ability to listen, analyze and make recommendations
- Initiative, sense of urgency, good organization skills, and attention to detail
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Available for travel within Canada (if required)
