Inside Sales Representative with Cad Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CAD software to create and interpret technical drawings and product specifications for customers.
- Track and manage all sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate quotes for products and installations based on customer requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and dynamic sales team environment, promoting continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
- Overcome objections and challenges presented by prospective customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Handle customer interactions with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism always.
- Communicate effectively with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Stay updated on product and service information, as well as industry trends and competing products.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue.
- Research and quality new leads to expanding the customer base.
- **Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required, additional education or certification in CAD or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales or a related sales position.
- Working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is essential.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional Phone and cold calling skills.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to listen actively and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Other duties as required.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
