Inside Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will assist in driving all sales functions while helping to increase revenue and profits. This individual is responsible for helping develop distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, and providing vision for all sales strategies and their execution. This position will maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Accurately quote customers on products and installations.
- Contribute to a dynamic sales team environment, constantly driving continuous improvement in programs, practices, and procedures.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Conducting follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base.
- Assist the planning department with scheduling of jobs.
- Maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
- Other duties as required.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Preparing quotes.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
- Other duties as required.
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
