We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team

**Your responsibilities at the firm would include but not be limited to**:
- Managing all aspects of the office environment including ordering supplies, keeping the office organized, arranging for outside contractors to provide cleaning, repairs and installation of office equipment.
- Providing support in a professional work environment for staff and clients with general inquiries in person, on the phone and acting as the first point of contact in the office as needed.
- Supporting AR/AP activities including the tracking and payment of external support providers and creating reports to ensure bookkeeping is accurate.
- Managing the company website and keep our digital channels running and up to date.
- Organizing company events, training sessions and meetings.
- Acting as client support specialist during busy times of the year, securing signatures and sending tax returns
- Executing bi-monthly payroll processing, including bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes.
- Assisting with light HR related duties like onboarding new staff, updating employee manual, participating in recruitment efforts and creating monthly reports to track performance, hours, vacation, etc. for staff.

- Have 2+ years of office experience in an administrative assistant or similar role, office management and/or payroll experience is an asset.
