**Administrative Assistant Job Description**

**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking tours, meetings
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Collecting rent/ rent reports
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

**Administrative Assistant Requirements**:

- Prior administrative/clerical experience
- Excellent computer skills, Word-Excel-Microsoft outlook a must
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2023-04-24
