As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for a full range of human resources support.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**
- Act as an informed first point of contact and provide support and guidance to department leaders and staff regarding general HR inquiries for an assigned client group.
- Manage the HR shared mailbox by filtering requests to the appropriate HR support.
- Actively participate in various HR projects including: conducting research and analysis, developing and revising policies/processes, and creating communication materials
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative HR role and working towards a CHRP designation
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience using MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in handling multiple assignments concurrently with conflicting priorities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Adherence to all company level controls

Please note this is a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
