**What You Will Do**:
As the Executive Assistant to our Senior Executives, you will play an essential role within our Executive Team. Reporting to the President, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the President’s calendars and appointments;
- Coordinating and facilitating communication between the President and internal and external stakeholders;
- Booking travel arrangements and managing travel itineraries for the President and Executive team;
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases;
- Creating, editing, and proof-reading documents, presentations, and reports; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring**:
Required qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or related field;
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as administrative support, preferably with experience in an executive office;
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion; and
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Intermediate MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
- Intermediate MS SharePoint;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; and
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
