Leduc, Canada Next Equities Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Calendar management for the President
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Supervise the maintenance of office supplies & equipment, order supplies for kitchen and meetings
- Management of Corporate commercial general liability and auto insurance
- Registration of company vehicles, support management of company fleet
- Provide administrative support to management and team members across companies wherever required
- Manage employees years of service recognition program
- Manage personal tasks for President as required
- Ability to support two locations with flexibility to work at either location, dependent of need

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an Administrative/Office Manager role
- Diligent time management and able to prioritize takes based on level of importance
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs including SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel
- Excellent oral and written skill
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills
- Valid Class 5 driver license and ability to commute between 2 corporate offices

Secondary School preferred

Permanent (8 hours per day) Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $45,000 to $55,000 per annum
