Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
As a Front Desk Agent in Best Western Premier, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations using the hotel's booking system
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
**Skills**:
- Experience in front desk operations or similar customer-facing roles
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of guest services and hotel procedures
- Ability to operate basic phone systems and office equipment
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for interacting with diverse guests
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
