**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
- Process reservations and cancellations through phone systems or hotel management software.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their overall experience.
- Assist in maintaining security by monitoring access to the hotel premises.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
