We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Intern who is passionate about learning how to make the home selling and buying experience as incredible as it should be.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the team and the Team Lead with Real-Estate related tasks as necessary
- Conduct showings for buyer clients, our listings and host Open Houses
- Have solid local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighbourhood
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consistently prospect new leads and promote new business
- Learn how to win the home for your buyers in competitive offer situations
- Problem solve all issues necessary to successfully reach closing

**Qualifications**:

- **BC Real Estate License in good-standing**:

- Education beyond a high school diploma
- BC Driver’s License
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Professional, honest demeanor
- Self-motivated and driven
- Thrives on constant improvement
- Has a strong service-mindset
- Must be coachable
