We are looking for a driven, responsible, and pleasant Member Services Representative/Receptionist to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for greeting members and visitors to our club, explaining our program to new leads, signing up members, managing class rosters, and collecting membership fees.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being perceptive and disciplined. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Word and Excel are a must.
- This position is a part-time position. Regular working hours are _**Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm**_. One Saturday per month would require an additional 2-3 hours. Additional hours may be available at our second location for one evening per week._

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet and welcome members, new prospects, parents, and guests
- Explain and sell our program to new prospects
- Manage memberships which includes collecting membership fees in a timely manner and maintaining accurate class rosters
- Register prospects, members, and guests for events (e.g., belt tests, tournaments, camps)
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
- Keep updated records and files
- Keep non-training areas (i.e., front desk, reception, and spectator areas) tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist staff members with administrative tasks including inventory tracking and attendance
- Schedule appointments

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of office management
- First Aid Certification is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4-12 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
