Service Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming service department phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Book service appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Oversee all appointments and consult with management regarding any discrepancies.
- Ensure customer mobility when appointments are booked, including arranging for shuttle or loaner vehicles.
- Balance cash at the end of the day and handle customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding special ordered parts and arrange for vehicle pickup.
- Excellent oral communication skills and previous experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment and maintain a professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
