**Full job description**

Tor Can ICI Roofing Inc. is seeking two( 2) motivated individuals to join our Roof Service Department working exclusively out of our head office located at 1201 Creditstone Rd location in Concord.

The Roof Service Coordinator will provide direct support to the Roof Service Supervisor and maintain order both in the field and the office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with Property Managers and other contractors to provide relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule roof related work orders for the Service Department utilizing a dedicated in-house platform
- Maintain documents on-site, both on paper and through computer software systems
- Perform administrative related duties as assigned by upper management. Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Data entry
- Organize, enter, and track expense reports
- Create, maintain, and organize working job files

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
- Proficiency in the Roof Logics Software is and asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research and collect data
- Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be effective independently
- Knowledge of the Commercial Roofing industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 per hour
