**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Hourly Wage**: $29/hr

**Working hours**: 35 hours per week.

**Employment Term**:permanent, full-time.
- Manage documents such as contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing archival records of the company’s paper and electronic documents.
- Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking order progress, arranging for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.
- Supervise and manage company inventory, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory counting, and updating inventory records.
- Establish officer procedures, manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance of office equipment, procurement of office supplies, office safety, and environmental hygiene
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate and resolve various issues and tasks, ensuring smooth operation of company activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a college diploma.
- Language: English
- Minimum one year of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant

Pay: $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
