We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our office staff team. A qualified applicant is hard-working, detail-oriented, can multi-task and prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision. Prior office receptionist/administration experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be heavily involved in deals, marketing, customer service and administrative duties. Great Position for experienced deal secretaries who are seeking career innovation. We expect you to grow quickly and move on the corporate ladder quickly.
- Answer, screen and forward telephone calls in a helpful and professional manner
- Greet on-site prospective/current clients and Realtors
- Schedule and confirm property appointments
- Upload listings and make changes to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office at all times
- Filing/scanning paperwork
- Facilitate deal transactional documentation
- Collect deposit cheques and prepare receipts
- Perform office-related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Following up with agents about outstanding documents
- Invoicing co-operating brokerages for commission
- Following up with Builders regarding pending payments
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience using MLS/TREB, WebForms, Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Apps is an asset
- Experience with Google Apps products; i.e. GMail, GCalendar, GDrive, etc.
- Proficiency in in BrokerBay, TRREB MLS & WEBForms, Lone Wolf, Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook is a MUST
- Experience in real estate is a MUST
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Telephone Skills
- Must have reception experience in an office setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent work ethic, punctual, competitive, and customer service oriented
- Able to work various shifts depending on business needs
- Participates in additional training when needed
- Ability to file and organize the paperwork
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player that works well under pressure and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High Attention to Details
- Courteous, Positive and Motivated to Learn

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- real estate: 1 year (preferred)
