**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Support Real Estate-related administrative tasks
- Ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently
- Go to the bank to deposit funds and Cheques
- Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
- Understanding of Real Estate practices and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
