Real Estate Administrator

We at Susan Taylor Real Estate Group under Re/Max Prime Properties are a team of four Realtors looking for a crackerjack administrator. We need someone that's as fun and as energetic as we This person will keep us organized and support us in getting homes sold.
- This person needs to be an organizational ninja. Must have administrative experience - real estate admin would be a bonus. Must have great communications skills and an even better attitude:

- Must be polished and professional, and have a car. Our office is based in Markham, and the bulk of our work is done in York Region, Durham Region, and East Toronto. This person will play a key role in getting our clients homes on the market: measuring rooms, delivering marketing materials, doing whatever is needed to deliver the wow.
- Must be proficient with technology as this person will be keeping track of contracts, scheduling photographers and stagers, and managing the extensive checklist that we have to get our properties ready for the market. We use Trello for project management, Apple notes, Google docs, and CRM system.
Position is full time Monday - Friday, although the odd shift on a weekend may be required for special events.
Must have own car.
Flexible hours and working conditions.
Competitive base salary plus bonus for every property sold. Compensation will be based on experience in administration. Real Estate admin experience will be a bonus.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
