**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the CEO and Management team with the day-to-day administrative operations of our head office and various properties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily Operations:_
- sort and address incoming mail and courier packages
- perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- ensure all office supplies are stocked and ordered as required
- send documents as needed
- answer and direct calls
- schedule meetings
- warmly greet & assist visitors who come into the office
- work collaboratively and assist team members whenever necessary
- other general office administration
- Leasing Administrative tasks:_
- tracking insurance certificates
- tracking lease renewals
- maintain tenant information
- assist with coordinating approved repairs and building operations
- Communication with tenants:_
- prepare and send tenant correspondence
- communicate with tenants through online communication portal
- liaise with tenants in a professional manner

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

**EDUCATION**:

- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education within a related field to this job position

- Ability to reliably commute to 20 Great Gulf Drive, Vaughan daily
