About the Role

Gottardo Group of Companies is a Real Estate Developer, Design Builder and General Contractor, along with a Masonry Company. Our team is seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator to support our Property Managers in the daily operations of our real estate portfolio.

Job Summary

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, including processing purchase orders, corresponding with tenants and property owners, and addressing tenant complaints and contractual work. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and manage inventory">
  • Correspond with tenants and property owners via phone, email, or mail">
  • Assist in resolving tenant complaints and contractual issues">
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion">
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address facility-related concerns">
  • Manage records and reports related to property management">

Qualifications

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel">
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.
