**_ Exposure, knowledge, and career growth._** This is an exciting opportunity to transition to a Monday-Friday role in a corporate environment at a company that supports the growth of their people. You will learn our systems and procedures and be part of a team distributing physical and electronic files and correspondence. You will be supported by a manager and colleagues, working together to optimize the processes and ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. It’s a chance to be physically active for most of your day, channelling your energy and drive toward helping the organization function smoothly.

**What you will do**
- Prioritize accuracy. You will ensure that each piece of incoming and outgoing correspondence is handled accurately and efficiently. You will verify and track incoming correspondence to comply with Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements.
- Support the organization. You will track incoming and registered mail and assist departments with record retention tracking. You will assist team members, as well as company-wide colleagues, with inquiries and other correspondence, courier, and mail-related matters.

**What you bring**:

- The experience. You have worked in a Distribution/Mailroom environment, both as part of a team. You are comfortable managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing correspondence, files, couriers, and shipments in a fast-paced environment.
- The drive. You are service-oriented and growth-minded, with an ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. Your attention to detail and adherence to processes ensures you have exceptional filing and tracking skills.
- The interpersonal skills. You have professional verbal and written communication skills. You can remain calm and objective under stress.
