As a **Mailroom Associate **you will fill-in for other associates in providing “white glove” client experience and delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of inbound/outbound mail, distribution/delivery of mail, ship and receive product and supplies to support onsite business service center, and assist with our office services. Moreover, the role requires occasional travel between sites over the course of the day or week to provide scheduled and on-the-fly coverage for co-workers across a specified area to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Provide 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
- Perform duties associated with mail/packages, copy/print, shipping & receiving, reception, or records management.
- Receive inbound mail/packages and inputs into chain of custody software package.
- Notify employees upon receipt of inbound deliveries.
- May support the onsite business center, which may include: conference room setup, light facilities/cleaning, office supply stocking, pantry services, or similar.

**What we need from you**:

- 1+ year experience in administrative, retail, restaurant, delivery/mail, office services, or similar.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 40lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
- To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
- An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.
