Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator For a full-time, permanent position, at our office in Ville
St-Laurent.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding
of new Cluster POS customers. You will manage all post-sales onboarding activities and maintain
early stage customer satisfaction.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the main point of contact of new customers until they are
successful users of our software. Your main focus is to contact our new customers, to set
expectations for the onboarding process, be the first point of contact until they are live and to
schedule and coordinate the installation of their new Cluster System. You will also be expected to
make sure the customers receive the right resources and training sessions.

**This Is What You’ll Do**
- Plan and schedule as many customer installations as possible within the least amount of
time, and that targets are met.
- Make sure our customers receive the resources and training sessions they need to go live.

- Working together with a highly motivated CS and sales team.
- Plan and schedule client installations for our technical team and make sure customers are
completely satisfied with their experience.
- Keep track of customer progress and activities in each project using Zoho projects.
- Ensuring that changes requested by the clients on their accounts are implemented.
- Present recommendations to improve our processes and the customer experience.
- Provide updates to colleagues, regarding specific challenges and committing to a timeline.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written / spoken).
- Results-driven, metrics-oriented, and resourceful.
- Strong aptitude for navigating technology and learning new systems.
- Commitment to client satisfaction and the ability to problem solve, think flexibly, focus on
desired results and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Previous experience working with Point-of-Sale systems is highly preferred.
- Experience in a Food/Beverage or Hospitality environment is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, in an Operations,
Account Management, or Customer Success role.
- You are not shy or afraid to take on new challenges, in fact you find yourself looking for them.
- Familiarizing oneself with Cluster’s ever-evolving products and services.
- You take Extreme Ownership in everything you do.
- Quick problem solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure and short
timeline.
