As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our construction projects from design development to execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the construction team with design development, cost estimation, documentation management, and technical site support.
  • Coordinate professionals on the project file and liaison between the customer and the company regarding the project scope of work.
  • Gather and manage information and correspondence related to construction project development.
  • Assist in preparing job cost estimates, plans, and specifications.
  • Prepare purchase orders and sub-contracts, and assist in design review and modification.
  • Manage the bid process and coordinate work and pricing with sub-trades.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction field, with an Architectural Technology or Engineering degree.
  • LEED accreditation is a strong attribute.
  • Proven effectiveness in construction safety and productivity, labor relations expertise, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with computer literacy in AutoCad, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
