Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support our construction team with design development, cost estimation, documentation management, and technical and site support. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in the construction industry, possess strong organizational and management skills, and be able to work on all phases of new projects, including due diligence, feasibility, and execution.

  • Coordinate professionals on project files
  • Liaise between customers and the company regarding project scope of work
  • Gather and manage information and correspondence related to construction project development

The Construction Project Coordinator will also assist in preparing job cost estimates, plans, and specifications, preparation of purchase orders and sub-contracts, design review and modification, managing the bid process, and coordinating work and pricing with sub-trades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 or more years of experience in the construction field, an Architectural Technology or Engineering Degree
  • LEED accreditation is a strong attribute
  • Proven effectiveness in areas of construction safety and productivity
  • Labor relations expertise
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer literacy in AutoCad, Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.
