**Location**: St. Laurent, QC (Hybrid)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of projects in the industrial field.
- Overseeing all stages of the project, from its initial conception to its final implementation, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and with allocated resources.
- Manage diverse multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolve potential issues that may arise throughout the process.
- Plan and coordinate of industrial projects, including the development of budgets, schedules and milestones.
- Management of human, financial and material resources necessary to carry out projects.
- Identify and manage potential risks, as well as implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
- Proactive resolution of issues and conflicts that may arise during the duration of the project.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and sustainability standards throughout the process.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have an University degree in engineering, business management or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience coordinating complex industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and project management best practices.
- Must have concrete experience in moving production lines in a unionized environment.
- Must have concrete experience in setting up a new production line.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply flow management; External supplier management.
- Knowledge of OHS standards and environment.
- Good knowledge of ERP. Oracle an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Greenbelt Six sigma.
