**HOME BUYERS SERVICE**

Selling or Buying a home is one of the largest purchases that property Owners and property Buyers ever make. They need a dedicated real estate office and support staff to ensure that they can rely on our office team of professionals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Conveyancing Assistant:
**Responsibilities may include but not limited to**:

- Skills:

- Proficiency in using Lonewolf or similar legal research tools
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and file management
- Experience conducting interviews or gathering information from clients is a plus
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with legal drafting and proofreading techniques
- Answering and directing incoming calls, including welcoming agents, clients, and visitors walk-ins' with professional enthusiasm
- Responding to Public and exterior Real Estate Brokerage inquiries in your capacity as a conveyance assistant and touch-basing their information requests through the TouchbaseProgram
- Works as a team member to assist with daily needs and tasks may also include scheduling, maintenance of records, processing of data, listings, inputting, documents, all in a time management
- Prioritizing, checking, and inputting time-sensitive real estate sale documents, Accurate message taking, and informational transfers, as necessary.
- Respond to all inquiries professionally and consistently with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism, while maximizing time management efficiency.
- Ensures understanding of compliance with institutional policies, provincial and federal regulations as directed by management
- Ensures common office safety and protocol

Duties may also include but may not be limited to:

- Assist with the preparation and completion of legal documents for property transactions
- Conduct research using Lonewalf, Pargon, LTFSA, and and other legal resources
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all necessary documentation is included
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed and directed by the Senior Conveyancer and Managing broker
- Schedule appointments and interviews for clients and attorneys
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Draft legal correspondence and documents under the supervision of an attorney
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
