Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant/Conveyancer. The successful candidate will assist our counsel with residential and commercial real estate closings, as well as other tasks associated with this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist counsel with real estate transactions, including residential and commercial closings.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as document preparation and filing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the firm by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
