Forge Recruitment is pleased to partner with a Downtown Vancouver-based law firm in the search for a Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.

About the Role

  • Prepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, annual reports, and resolutions.
  • Maintain corporate records, minute books, and databases.
  • Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leases.
  • Prepare and process conveyancing documents such as transfers, mortgages, and discharges.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate the closing of real estate transactions.

The Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging between $65,000 - $75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
