Forge Recruitment is pleased to partner with a Downtown Vancouver-based law firm in the search for a Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.
About the Role
- Prepare and file corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, annual reports, and resolutions.
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and databases.
- Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leases.
- Prepare and process conveyancing documents such as transfers, mortgages, and discharges.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate the closing of real estate transactions.
The Offer
- A competitive salary ranging between $65,000 - $75,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
