**Job Description Summary**:
Do you have an analytical mindset with a passion for process development? As a Sales Operations & Enablement Associate, Export Markets you will provide support to our Sales Managers to assist in generating revenue and gaining operational effectiveness for our Export/Distributor markets worldwide.

This is a great opportunity to influence processes and tools in partnership with our global distributor partners, while also enabling sales growth and end-user success. As you strategize in our markets you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on data, putting agile processes in place to respond to the dynamic needs of our clients, and creating or adapting initiatives to meet the needs of our distributor markets. This is a highly collaborative role that will see you working with various teams including Sales, Information Systems, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with global sales managers in defined export regions to manage and continually improve STEMCELL’s program for onboarding and supporting distributors
- Design tools, processes, and content to make it easy and motivating for Distributors to promote STEMCELL products over competing brands
- Provide support to the Export sales managers in generating the appropriate reports, dashboards, tools, and KPI reviews for the export market
- Build for future expansion by ensuring key processes such as ERP integration and SFDC functionalities support the needs of these markets
- Ensure that the operations and documentation for Export Market meetings, discussions, decisions, initiatives, and updates to trade/regulatory compliance topics are kept organized and up-to-date

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- BSc in Life Sciences and relevant working experience; prior experience working with distributors is an asset
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross functionally across multiple functions, multiple teams, and global regions; other languages is an asset
- Prior experience in Salesforce and/or CRM and data reporting systems is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to stay organized and adapt to changing priorities
